Are your items new or used?
Most of our pieces are vintage or preloved. We carefully curate each item for quality and style. Please note that minor signs of wear are normal with vintage and preloved garments.

Do you disclose flaws or imperfections?
Yes! We do our best to thoroughly inspect every item and describe any noticeable flaws in the product description. Please review all photos and read descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Can I return or exchange an item?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

What if an item doesn’t fit?
Since all sales are final, we recommend checking the provided measurements carefully. Feel free to reach out with any specific sizing questions before buying — we’re happy to help!

How do you determine the condition of each item?
We inspect every garment individually and list it based on overall condition. Small signs of wear are normal with vintage and preloved items, but major flaws will always be disclosed.

Can I get help with styling?
